AVM Aussie Membrane 500 is a high-performance, water-based rubber/bitumen liquid membrane designed for below-grade waterproofing. Modified with advanced rubberized polymers, it forms a seamless, flexible black membrane with excellent adhesion, elongation, and recovery properties. This cold-applied, single-component thixotropic bitumen paste offers superior long-term durability, resisting cracking and brittleness common in older polyurethane-based systems.

Ideal for a wide range of below-grade waterproofing needs, including:
