AVM Bottom Drain is a modular, composite drainage and collection system featuring a 3-dimensional, high-flow drainage core wrapped in non-woven filter fabric. It’s engineered to replace traditional sand or gravel-covered pipe drains commonly used around foundation walls and retaining structures.

The filter fabric prevents soil intrusion while allowing water to pass through to the drainage core, ensuring effective water management and easy removal via sump systems or daylight drainage.

A full range of compatible fittings is available for quick, secure installation. BD-Clips firmly hold the system vertically against foundation walls, and BD-Tape is used for connecting all Bottom Drain fittings.
